And, uh, we have a team of people that looks to once, once we do an acquisition, our goal is that once the deal closes that we can onboard them onto our systems, um, and our technology stack on opening day. And so that’s a big challenge for us to make sure all the equipment shows up on time, that, uh, we have partnerships with the right vendors to, to do that.
Another big challenge for us with this growth is, um, you can imagine all the different, uh, telecom providers that are out there, and we see ’em all. And so, um, we could be dealing with, you know, up to 75 different vendors that we’re now looking and have been consolidating with MetTel.
Um, another big challenge for us a couple of years ago, uh, believe it or not, was just the number of POTS lines that are out there at all these facilities that manage things like, uh, fire panels or, uh, alarm systems. And knowing where, you know, POTS is really an end-of-life type of network, we have to upgrade and standardize those. And we needed a solution that we could have nationwide, one provider, um, to, to basically disconnect all these analog lines, but make sure all the analog devices still have something to connect into. And these are life-saving devices. So we have to make sure that, uh, you know, they have backup LTE and a way to ensure quality of service as well.
Yeah, and that time, the time differential that you have, because of the M&A and culturally, you, you know, you might acquire on a Friday and by Monday you want everything standardized and operationalized, which is not every organization, but that added, added layer of, uh, the deployment time window to, to do different things.
