Steve Soriano, Infrastructure & Operations Manager at Chemical Bank talks about how MetTel’s solutions and unparalleled customer service have helped Chemical Bank deliver uninterrupted service to its branch offices and its customers.
My name is Steven Soriano. I am the Infrastructure Operations Manager for Chemical Bank, one of the largest banks in the Midwest based out of Troy, Michigan. What makes partnering with Mettel such an easy decision from where I stand is that Mattel provides integrated service. Even though they may not provide last-mile service – the last mile may be AT&T, it may be Comcast, it may be someone else – but you’re dealing with Mettel, and Mettel ensures that that service is going to be addressed and taken care of. They provide about sixty-five percent support to all of our regional branches, as well as our small branches outside and outlying areas. Mettel Account Managers have been spot-on and provide timely service to us. If the internet is down, the broadband services are down at the branch, Mettel allows us to have the ability to provide all of our services to our customer base. This means customers can do their transactions not only online, but it doesn’t hold up any of the teller line functions. To be able to go to one vendor for an issue, instead of having multiple vendors I have to deal with, both off-site and in-region. The relationship with Mettel and Chemical Bank has impacted our customer base in a positive direction.
